90-Day Warranty and Exchange Policy:

• Under normal circumstances, we do not accept requests for product exchanges or refunds.
• You are requested to examine the goods immediately for any deficiencies, damages, or missing accessories upon purchase. If any issues arise, please contact Cafe Deco Group Head Office via phone at 2108 4467.
• If we agree that you are entitled to an exchange for a defective product, but the item is sold out, we will issue a refund.
• The original sales receipt must be presented before an exchange is accepted.
• We reserve the right to refuse exchanges for products that show damage to their appearance or lack of accessories after purchase.
• All packing, accessories and user guide must be returned along with the product for an exchange.
• In case of any disputes, Cafe Deco Group’s decision shall be final.
